Arrival 

We request that you arrive. on time for your scheduled appointment.  Late arrivals may result in a shortened service.

Parking 

We have a small shared parking lot in the rear of the building by the spa entrance. Please understand we cannot guarantee availability upon your arrival. Metered spots are available on Farmington Avenue in front of the building. We also recommend using the Isham Garage facilities, especially for walk-ins or salt cave visitors. Please use caution driving up and down the driveway. Thank you.

 

Considerations 

• To help preserve our spa environment please silence all cell phones upon arrival. Please refrain from engaging in a conversation on your phone. You may be asked to leave if your personal affairs are disturbing the relaxation of other guests.

• Smoking is prohibited on the premises.

• Please help us maintain a clean spa by removing your shoes after entering the building.

Cancellations 

We require 24 hours notice for cancellation or rescheduling, failing to do so will result in a 50% charge. No-show appointments may be subject to

a full charge.

Return Policy 

All product sales are final. Unopened products can be returned within 15 days for spa credit.

We accept Bitcoin, American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, Android Pay, Samsung Pay, and cash.

Age Requirements 

Guests under 12 must be accompanied by an adult - including in the salt cave. Proof of age is required.

What do I wear in the Salt Cave?

Please come in comfortable, casual clothing. You are required to wear the booties provided on your feet.

Can I bring a beverage into the cave?

There is no food or beverage allowed, a spill would dissolve the salt.
